Plastic Coated Steel Pipe

Epoxy resin and polyethylene powder are melt-sprayed on both the inner and outer walls of steel pipes under high temperature to form dense plastic coatings, realizing synchronous anti-corrosion protection for internal and external surfaces. The product combines the structural strength of steel pipes with the corrosion resistance, anti-scaling property and hygienic performance of plastics, and delivers better anti-corrosion performance than plastic-lined steel pipes.

Application
